5. How long has AdvenTour been in business?

AdvenTour was founded in 2001 as a travel club with more than 100 members. We have created the concept of International Silk Road Rally and in 2002 Rally took place in Armenia and Georgia with 50 crews in the first year. In 2002 we started to offer culture and adventure tours in Armenia and the Caucasus commercially.

13. How large will my clients' group be?

The average group size on all AdvenTour trips is 8. The maximum number of guests for most itineraries is 12. The minimum is 2.

14. What kind of shape does my client need to be in to enjoy their trip?
|
All our trips are graded easy, moderate or challenging depending on the distances, elevation changes and/or technical abilities required.
We cater for a wide range of abilities! Some trips are more challenging than others and we will help you choose the trip that's right for the client by asking questions about their outdoor background, physical activity, and preferred style of travel. It is critical to your client's enjoyment of their trip that they be matched with the right degree of challenge. 15. What are standard accommodations on AdvenTour trips?
|
Standard accommodations on inn trips are double occupancy in tourist hotels (always with private facilities). On some soft adventure trips, clients may have farmhouse or nature park lodge accommodation or camping, please check individual trip descriptions or contact us for more details. Optional single occupancy rooms are available for a single supplement fee. Otherwise, we assign two solo travelers per room by gender.

16. Who will lead my clients' trip?
|
At AdvenTour, we realize that a trip is only as good as its leaders...and ours are among the best. In each of the countries your clients travel with us, they have a local guide whose enthusiasm, versatility and knowledge are second to none - because they're taking you round their home country! In addition to sharing hidden wonders your clients may never find on their own, our guides make sure their vacation runs smoothly and delivers an unforgettable experience.

17. How far in advance do I need to book my clients?
|
The farther in advance that you book your clients, the better selection of available departure dates they will have. You'll definitely want to make reservations for our high season at least 20 days in advance.

18. How do I get my clients to the start of their trip? How will I get them to the airport at the end?
|
Convenient transportation is available from airport to hotel and vice versa. Specific information regarding your client's trip meeting and ending times and transportation to the starting point are emailed to you upon booking.
|
19. How can I arrange my client's travel before and after their trip?
|
For help in arranging local flights, pre- and post-trip hotels, rental cars or rail tickets in conjunction with your client's AdvenTour trip, contact us.
